Just received the menu ideas ... any comments suggestions etc. There will be a person at the event to serve etc.
Remember this is based on the Luau Themes as that is the theme that recieved the most approval.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad served on Crackers
Ahi Poke Raw Tuna served on tooth picks
Pineapple Chutney Smoked Pork Medallions
Whole Hog
Margarita Grilled Chicken
Key West Grilled Mahi Drizzled with a Alfredo Dill Sauce
Roasted Baby Yukon Gold Potato
Fired Roasted Corn with Peppers and OnionsHawaiian Dinner Rolls
Key Lime Pie or Hawaiian Fruit Salad

This event is for all of us and majority of votes will be the theme selected. So if you want a certain theme let it be heard!

The Themes that have been suggested are:

Luau - Reminiscing Project Graduation and for those opting for a more casual evening
School Spirit - Celebrating Black and Gold. lend itself to a little more formal
80's - Celebrating all things 80's
Or Suggest your own theme.
