Just received the menu ideas ... any comments suggestions etc. There will be a person at the event to serve etc.
Remember this is based on the Luau Themes as that is the theme that recieved the most approval.

Pineapple Chutney Smoked Pork Medallions
Whole Hog
Margarita Grilled Chicken
Key West Grilled Mahi Drizzled with a Alfredo Dill Sauce
Roasted Baby Yukon Gold Potato
Fired Roasted Corn with Peppers and OnionsHawaiian Dinner Rolls
Key Lime Pie or Hawaiian Fruit Salad
